PRINCIPAL | BRAND DESIGN

Yana’s passion lies in creating cohesive brands and brand strategies, a commitment she upholds while promoting teamwork and collaboration through deep design thinking. Her entrepreneurial spirit and corporate world experience in brand development, design, and leadership with brands such as Burberry, UofT & the TIFF Festival (just to name a few..) enable her to navigate and establish rapport with all kinds of clients. Her years of working directly with clients and decision-makers at her own practice have only deepened her love and passion for improving her clients’ businesses and brands, making it a driving force in her daily life.

If you ask her who she is, she will probably tell you she is a designer.

PRINCIPAL | ENVIRONMENTAL DESIGN

Justin eats, sleeps and breathes hospitality. Since completing his education at OCAD, hospitality projects have always been the focus. With extensive experience working within small local and more prominent international firms, he has gained insight into creating unforgettable experiences. Combined with his love for getting involved with the minute details of a project (functional server stations for all! Efficiency of movement as a design detail? Yes, please!) and his innate love for many design aesthetics, enables a well-rounded approach that is sure to function flawlessly and look damn good.

Justin has been fortunate to work with clients such as the Ritz Carlton, Nestle, OneMethod, IconINK and many more. He is obsessed with creating efficient processes and is a sucker for a perfect set of drawings.
